Notice of Change of Date of Council Meeting

The Northern Midlands Council has determined to postpone the Ordinary Meeting of Council, which was scheduled to be held on Monday, 19 September 2022.

The next Ordinary Meeting of Council has been rescheduled to be held at 5.00pm on Monday, 26 September 2022 at the Council Chambers, 13 Smith Street, Longford.

This notice is issued in accordance with the Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Regulations 2015 Section 7; and the change to the schedule of meeting dates has been posted on Council’s website and social media platforms.

Public Question/ Statement Time will be held at 6.45pm. To ensure compliance with Council’s COVID-19 Safety Plan public attendance at meetings is limited.

Any person wishing to attend the meeting must register their interest with Council by emailing council@nmc.tas.gov.au or phoning Council on 6397 7303 before 12noon on Friday, 23 September 2022.
